Our company is not just about processes;
above all, it is about people.
We focus on long-term cooperation — which is why partnership and trust are more important to us than a one-time transaction.

Company history
The beginnings of INMAR date back to 1997, when the current CEO, Marek Karch, started working as an SAP consultant. After a decade of experience gained on large implementation projects in the manufacturing sector, he decided to become independent and worked as a freelancer from 2006 onward. In 2014, he hired the first employee, and in 2018 INMAR was officially established as a company.
From the very beginning, the goal was to build a team of people who understand manufacturing processes just as well as they understand the SAP system. This principle remains valid to this day — people with business experience join the team first and then develop their system competencies. As a result, a stable team of consultants was created, combining the experience of managers, planners, and engineers with SAP expertise.
We build a team that can look at problems from a broader perspective than just the system itself and seeks solutions tailored to operational realities.
Today, INMAR consists of more than 20 consultants specializing in PP, PPDS, QM, MM, EWM, ABAP, and Fiori.
